Week two of Acumen’s newest project and things are off to a flying start!
This residential refurbishment will comprise a new kitchen extension, loft conversion plus an excavated basement which will provide a utility space and wine cellar.
This will be Acumen’s first collaboration with project architect and scheme designer, KSKa, who invited Acumen to tender for this project after the client received a recommendation from a friend.
The aim is to have a weathered shell before the Christmas break…and the snow!
