With one final push before Christmas, Acumen can now proudly declare the Chiswick project complete!
This six month project has grown in scope and length as the client developed her ideas into firm instructions. The budget, which is always a factor, had to be tightly controlled until the structural phase was complete. Only then was it practical to firm up on the finishing materials like flooring, joinery and tiles.
The client, having appointed no project architect, worked closely with Acumen in order to achieve the project objectives. This approach, which is less common with this size of contract, was an absolute success thanks to the dedication of those involved.
