We never ask the customer to set aside a contingency fee.

Recognising that such work can be disruptive to normal family
life, we take special care to ensure that noise, dust and utility
outages are kept to an absolute minimum. Throughout a project
we provide constant, clear and transparent dialogue, supplying and
